The Photonics world is working on the future. Development, speed and connection is the mission. And that suits me. But what does the Photonics environment do for HR? The translation to HR is quickly made. Developments follow one another in rapid succession. The speed of development and creation is rapid. Connections between people and departments are important. Strategy for the long term must be executable in small steps because so much is already happening around you. And in the meantime, you keep an eye on the data and the smiles of your colleagues to know whether you are heading in the right direction. This variation, this dynamism, makes me happy.
