PIC Summit Europe
Practical information
PIC Summit Europe will be held on 7 & 8 November 2022.
The program on 7 November features a curated mix of keynote speakers, panel discussions on a range of topics including quantum photonics, and the future of chip design and networking lunch & diner.
The program on 8 November includes industry keynotes, plus the next meeting of the Integrated Photonics Systems Roadmap – International: Paving The Way To Killer Applications In 2035.

Day 1: High Tech Campus Conference Center, Eindhoven

Directions: High Tech Campus Eindhoven is easily accessible by car, bike or public transport.
Arrival & Parking
- Cars: Take our direct exit from the N2 (next to the highways A2/A67), and follow signs to garage P0 at the HighTechCampus.
- Bikes: Park your bike directly in front of the Conference Center.
- Shuttle bus to PIC Summit Europe: Gather at the Stationsplein (next to the train station) and step into one of the 'PIC Summit Europe' shuttle busses that will depart at 08:30.
Day 2: Eindhoven University of Technology

Directions: TU/e Campus is accessible via 3 entrances: John F. Kennedylaan, Insulindelaan, and Prof. Dr. Dorgelolaan. View the university’s route map.
Arrival & Parking: Visit the university’s website for full parking and accessibility information.Best parking spots are in Parking 1. You can ask for a free exit ticket at the registration desk.
Attending the network dinner? A shuttle bus will take all guests from the High Tech Campus to Radio Royaal between 17:45 and 18:15.

- Parking: In the parking garage ‘Om de Hoek’.

Ticketing
You can buy tickets for PIC Summit Europe via the official website www.picsummiteurope.com. The ‘Register Now’ button guides you to a webshop (on the Eventix platform), where you can buy the conference tickets.

This is the only official link to buy tickets. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through other websites or second-hand
Refunds are only available if PIC Summit Europe needs to cancel the event due to new restrictions of Covid-19. In that case, we will refund all tickets purchased in full.
If you test positive for Covid-19 prior to the event, we kindly ask you to stay at home. Please note that in these circumstances we will not be able to refund your ticket.
After your registration you will receive an e-mail of Eventix with your online ticket and QR code. You can print this, or show it online when you arrive at PIC Summit Europe.
A ticket for two days costs: 195 euro + 1 euro service costs.
The ticket also serves as an invoice. The price is stated on the ticket.

You can only buy tickets for the entire conference that takes two days. After registration you will receive an e-mail in which you can indicate on which day(s) you will be present.
