The goal of this break-out session is to determine the technical market demands of integrated photonic modules to be used in Aerospace in 2035. This will be done by an interactive discussion with all participants, and the session is chaired by two co-chairs who are familiar with the topic and integrated photonics. The outcomes of the break-out session are used to write the IPSR-I application guides and will inform the IPSR-I technology chapters on future technology directions for integrated photonics.
