LATEST UPDATE: Visiting The Netherlands From Abroad

From 17 September 2022, the Government of the Netherlands has decided to lift the European Union (EU) entry ban in respect of Covid-19. 

  • No Covid-19 related restrictions or requirements apply to travellers entering the Netherlands, including those from countries outside the EU/Schengen Area.

  • In addition, from 25th February 2022, the coronavirus entry pass (QR Code) is no longer needed for going to a bar, restaurant, or event.

What Are The Guidelines For Staying Safe?

The Government of the Netherlands’ advice has not changed, and continues to be: 

  • wash your hands
  • cough and sneeze into your elbow
  • stay home and do a test if you have symptoms 
  • ensure a good flow of fresh air indoors
  • get vaccinated and boosted. 

The health and safety of the visitors of our event is our main priority. All the locations of the PIC Summit set extra hygiene measures and follow the guidelines of the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment.

 

What To Do If You Develop Symptoms Of Covid-19

We ask all visitors to follow the latest guidance from the Government of the Netherlands. That means if you develop symptoms whilst attending PIC Summit Europe, you’re advised to:

  • stay at your accommodation 
  • avoid contact with others and do a self test 
  • if the self-test is positive, you must isolate.

Should you need medical support with the symptoms of Covid-19, the Dutch healthcare system will do all they can to assist you. Read the latest guidance on self-isolation here.

Refund Policy

Should you test positive for Covid-19 prior to the event, we kindly ask that you stay at home. Please also note, that in these circumstances we are unable to refund your ticket. 

Refunds are only available if we need to cancel the event due to new restrictions. In that case, we will provide a full refund for any purchased tickets.
