Attendance & Traveling
I haven't received a confirmation- and/or any information by email
If you did not receive a confirmation email, an email containing the PDF invoice or event information email within a few minutes of registering, please:
- Search your inbox for emails from noreply@picsummiteurope.com.
- Check your spam or junk folder - sometimes messages end up there.
- Contact your IT department – the emails might have been blocked by your organisations spam filter.
- Whitelist our email address (add it to your safe senders list) to make sure future updates arrive in your inbox.
- If you still cannot find the email, contact us at picsummit@photondelta.com and we will resend your confirmation.
What should I bring to the event?
Please bring a form of identification and your registration confirmation; the email that was sent to you by the PIC Summit team.
Do I need to print my ticket?
All registered participants will receive a QR code to enter the event. It is possible to scan this QR code at the registration desk either via your phone or with the printed version. The QR code is available in the event app and will be sent to you a few days prior to the event by e-mail. If you haven;t received any emails, please see the first bullet.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
We understand that plans can change. Refunds are unfortunately not available one week before the event anymore. Please contact our support team for assistance at picsummit@photondelta.com.
Are there any sessions that require additional registration?
Some of our special sessions require additional registration. Please check the event program or app for details.
What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code is business casual/smart casual. Please wear your badge at all times.
Where does the event take place?
Address: Evoluon, Noord Brabantlaan 1A, 5652 LA Eindhoven
Directions: Evoluon is easily accessible by car, bike or public transport.

How do I travel to the venue?
Free Shuttle Busses: You are welcome to make use of our free Shuttle Bus service. To see the entire schedule and route, please visit our website.
Coming by car? The Evoluon is located near the A2 motorway and is easily accessible by car. From the highway, you can easily reach our parking lot with over 500 parking spaces, located on the outskirts of the city center of Eindhoven.
Coming by public transport?
The Eindhoven Central and Eindhoven Airport train and bus stations are both a 7-minute bus ride away. Buses depart from the north side of Eindhoven Station:

Can I leave the event and come back later?
Yes, re-entry is allowed. Please ensure you keep your event badge visible when returning.
Should I download the event app?
Yes! The event app is going to help you get the most out of the event. Please download it to check out the exact program, interact with other participants and to keep yourself informed at all times. If there are important announcements during the event, we will communicate through the app. Also, you can find a floor plan there for your convenience.
How do I get access to the event app?
The app is called Yellenge and is free to download in the Apple and/or Android store.

How can I sign up for next year's event?
We’re glad you’re interested! You can pre-register for next year online through our event website.
Practical about the venue
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is parking available for free next to the Evoluon. Simply follow the parking signs.
Can you accommodate special accessibility requirements?
We strive to ensure our event is accessible to everyone. Please let us know your specific needs and we will assist you accordingly.
Is there a map of the event venue?
Absolutely, you can find a map on our event app, which provides details of all event locations.
Is there a coat check or luggage storage at the event?
Yes, there is a coat check and luggage storage located at the entrance.
Is there a place where I can conduct a private business meeting?
We unfortunately have no meeting rooms available for private discussions.
Is there a place to relax or take a break during the event?
Yes, we have a lounge area set up for attendees to relax and network. You can find it on the floorplan that is accessible in our event app, and it is shown on the screens at the expo area.
Food & Drinks
Will food and beverages be provided?
We will provide meals/snacks/beverages during the entire event. On Tuesday you are welcome to join us for the networking dinner as well!
I have specific dietary restrictions; who can I speak to about meal options?
Please inform one of our catering staff or visit the information desk, and they will be able to assist you with your dietary needs.
Programme & Networking
What time does the event end each day?
The event concludes at 18.00 each day, on Tuesday you are welcome to join our networking dinner until 21:00.
What is the schedule of events for today?
Today's schedule can be found in the event app. Times and locations for all sessions are listed there.
Are there any interactive sessions, like workshops or panel discussions, today?
Yes, we have a variety of interactive sessions today. You can find a full list with times and locations in our event app.
Where are the breakout sessions being held?
Please refer to our event map in our event app for exact locations.
How do I connect with other attendees or networking opportunities?
Networking opportunities are scheduled throughout the event during the catering breaks, and you can connect with other attendees via our event app.
Where can I find a list of exhibitors and sponsors?
A list of our exhibitors and sponsors is available on the event app.
Can I access presentations or materials from the sessions?
No, presentations and materials will be made available for download on our event app or website after the sessions conclude. Some (parts) of the keynote presentations might be sent to you after the event, but only when a speaker allows us and only the (maybe adjusted) version he or she hands it in for sharing.
Is there an official event photographer? Can we get copies of the photos?
Our official event photographer is capturing moments throughout the event. Photos will be made available on our website after the event.
Are video recordings of the sessions going to be available?
No, be there or be square.
Where can I provide feedback about the event?
We welcome your feedback! You can provide it through our event app or by filling out a feedback form at the information desk.
Is there an official hashtag for the event for social media posts?
Yes, please use our official hashtag #PICSummit on all your social media posts.
Emergencies and other practical information
Who do I contact if I have an immediate concern during the event?
For any immediate concerns, please approach any event staff member or go directly to the information desk.
I’m not feeling well, is there someone I can talk to?
Your health is important to us. Please talk to one of our staff members (with the PIC Summit shirt or red lanyards) or go to the info desk if you feel unwell.
What should I do if I lose something or find a lost item?
Lost and found is located at the information desk. Please report any lost items or turn in found items there.
Will there be a lost and found after the event ends?
Yes, all items found during and after the event will be kept at the information desk during the event and at our main office post-event.
Is smoking permitted at the venue?
The venue is a smoke-free (also no vaping) environment. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building.
Where is the closest ATM?
There is no ATM close by. If you need further assistance, please ask at the information desk.
